Youth Recreational Soccer Programs
The Y offers youth soccer programs for children in preschool to middle school. Rookie Soccer classes introduce children ages 3–5 to basic soccer fundamentals.
The Micro Strikers program provides a fun environment for boys and girls ages 5-14 to develop their skills, both to ignite a passion for soccer and to reach their potential in the sport.
Youth Competitive Soccer
Strikers FC offers both competitive and academy development programs. Strikers FC serves youth from 8-19 years old, the Strikers FC Academy is a supplemental development program for ages 8-11 years.
Missoula Surf offers premier soccer teams for ages 11-18 years old and select soccer teams from 8-19 years old.
Adult Recreational Soccer
Missoula Parks & Rec offers mens, womens, and three levels of co-rec soccer leagues. Spring and fall leagues are unofficiated 7 aside and summer league is 11 aside with referees. Register a team or as a free agent here.
Walking soccer players enjoy the love and friendship of the game with a slower pace. SAM offers pickup soccer sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 at Sentinel HS soccer fields.
